My approach to the classical technique as I have learned from my teachers. -Assisted stretching on the reformer and the trap table. -Effective cueing both verbal and tactile. -Imagery an tools to help your clients grasp some of these exercises. I will provide a handout of each day for your participants for notes and there will be some visual cues on my handouts from my own manual.
